Who we are
A consultancy that also carries development risk.
Most consultancies advise. We do that — and we also develop our own schemes, which changes how we advise on everyone else’s. When we tell a client a programme is optimistic or a package is under-priced, it is because we have carried that risk ourselves.
We provide end-to-end construction and consultancy support: quantity surveying, tender cost planning, measurement and valuations, procurement, Building Safety Act 2022 compliance and health and safety coordination — across residential, commercial, infrastructure and specialist projects in both countries.
Alongside the consultancy sits a product and innovation arm — SupremeChef®, our patent-pending cooking appliance — and a procurement operation supplying major Ghanaian retailers.

Construction Management
Taking responsibility for delivery — including on schemes that have already stalled under someone else. We restructure, resource and drive projects through to completion. Development and programme management, contract administration support, site delivery coordination, and Building Safety Act 2022 compliance.
Quantity Surveying & Cost Management
Full QS function on live schemes: accurate measurement, disciplined valuation, and commercial reporting clear enough to make decisions from. Tender cost planning and estimating, interim valuations, variations and budget control, procurement support and supplier evaluation.
AI & Branding
Brand and product design, digital platforms, and applied AI tooling — the capability behind our own product launches, offered to clients. Brand and product identity, website design and build, and applied AI content production.

Complete
A large and complex care facility already progressed under previous teams, requiring firm commercial control to support completion. Tender cost planning for remaining packages, detailed measurement and estimating, interim valuations, variations management, budget control and structured commercial reporting.
Residential Apartment Scheme
Advanced fit-out
A previously stalled eight-unit site restructured under EAOZA Group leadership, with a dedicated on-site team progressing works through the external envelope and into internal fit-out. We lead development strategy, cost management and financial oversight.
HV Transmission Tower Infrastructure
Bid-stage
Tender cost planning and commercial support for high-voltage transmission infrastructure. Measurement, estimating and pricing of tower components, foundations and installation; procurement of specialist electrical materials; and coordination with international suppliers on fabrication and lead times.
Emergency Escape Tunnel Works
Bid-stage
Procurement support, cost management and bid-stage coordination on emergency egress infrastructure for an operating mine.
Pipeline Community Development
Open to investment
A masterplanned, gated mixed-use community for expatriate families and professionals serving Takoradi Oil Village and the surrounding mining and industrial zones. Apartments up to five storeys with a medical centre, neighbourhood retail, leisure facilities and on-site parking.

What does EAOZA Group actually do?
We are a construction, cost management and development group. Our consultancy provides construction management and quantity surveying across the United Kingdom and Ghana. Alongside it we develop our own residential schemes, run a procurement operation supplying Ghanaian retailers, and are bringing SupremeChef®, a patent-pending cooking appliance, to market.
Do you work outside the United Kingdom?
Yes. We have an established presence in Ghana, with work in the Ahafo Region supporting mining infrastructure and development projects in the Western Region around Takoradi. We are used to running projects across both jurisdictions and time zones.
Can you join a project that is already underway?
Frequently, and it is some of our strongest work. The Majesticare care home at Haddenham had already progressed under previous teams when we were appointed, and our Ghana residential scheme had stalled entirely before it was restructured under our leadership. Joining a live project demands accuracy and clear commercial leadership from the first week.
What size of project do you take on?
Our largest scheme to date carried a contract value of £11.97 million. We also take discrete bid-stage appointments on specialist infrastructure. If a project is outside what we can properly resource, we will say so rather than stretch.
How are you usually appointed?
Three ways: a full quantity surveying appointment for the life of a scheme; a mid-project appointment where commercial control needs restoring; or discrete bid-stage cost planning and procurement support. We have been appointed directly by clients and through main contractors — the Haddenham appointment came via Lawrence Baker Ltd.
Is the Pipeline Community Development open to investors?
Yes. The Western Region scheme is at concept and masterplanning stage and open to strategic investment. Mark your enquiry “Pipeline” and it will be routed directly.

Send us an outline through the contact page. We reply within one working day, follow up with a short call to understand the scheme and where the commercial pressure sits, and then put a defined scope, fee and programme in writing before any work begins.
