Ghana Project

This developer-led residential project involves the progression of an eight-unit scheme on a challenging and previously stalled site, requiring firm technical, financial, and programme control. Following a period of inactivity under earlier arrangements, the project was restructured under EAOZA Group leadership, with a dedicated on-site delivery team operating under our direction to progress the works through the main construction phase and into the advanced finishing stage.

The development comprises a mix of two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments alongside a four-bedroom family dwelling, with associated parking provision. The project is currently at an advanced construction stage, progressing through external envelope works and internal fit-out. EAOZA Group leads the development strategy, cost management, and financial oversight, coordinating design, procurement, and site delivery through structured controls aligned with UK professional standards.

This project demonstrates our ability to lead developer-led schemes internationally, establish effective project delivery structures, and maintain clear commercial and technical control on complex residential developments.
