Haddenham Project

The project involved the delivery of a large and complex care facility with a contract value of £11.97 million. When EAOZA Group was appointed, the development had already progressed under previous teams and required firm commercial control to support completion.

Our responsibilities included tender cost planning for remaining work packages, detailed measurement and estimating, interim valuations, variations management, budget control, contract administration support, and structured commercial reporting.

Joining a live project with historical challenges required accuracy, consistency, and clear commercial leadership. We provided reliable, disciplined QS support that strengthened cost control and helped maintain momentum through to completion.

This project reflects our ability to take full responsibility for quantity surveying functions on live UK construction schemes and to deliver dependable commercial outcomes on high-value development.
